Malaysian Land Integrated Information Services (MyLIIS)
Malaysian Land Integrated Information Services (MyLIIS) is an application that allow users to search for information provided by the government agencies involving in land matters such as Department of Land and Mines (PTG), District and Land Offices (PDT), Department of Valuation & Property Services Malaysia (JPPH), Local Authority and Department of Survey and Mapping Malaysia (JUPEM).
The aim of developing MyLIIS is to study the integration of information between 'Private Search', Tax Assessment and Property Appraisals with the cadastral lot information. The PTG/PDT, JPPH and local authority textual informatio are integrate with the cadastral lot data provided by JUPEM that enables the displaying and identifying the location of a land parcel. Currently this application stresses the importance of using the Unique Parcel Identifier (UPI) Standard to integrate the land related information with cadastral lot .
Currently, land information available in MyLIIS is derived from PTG Pulau Pinang, PTG Kuala Lumpur, PTG Pahang, PDT Kuantan and PDT Temerloh. The information on property appraisal is available from 39 JPPH branches while the JPPH DBKL tax assessment information is available for all the mukims in Kuala Lumpur.
At the moment only authorized users from government agency are allowed to access MyLIIS. MaCGDI is developing eCommerce or MyGDI Exchange module to enable sale transaction be done online. Presently, without registration the public can only view the data and information in the demo mode by clicking the here button. Authorized users need to register before they can access MyLIIS.
