Malaysian Land Integrated Information Services (MyLIIS)

Malaysian Land Integrated Information Services (MyLIIS) is an application that provides information on land related data. The land information is provided by the the various land related Government agencies such as Department of Land and Mines (PTG), Department of Valuation & Property Services Malaysia (JPPH), Local Authority and Department of Survey and Mapping Malaysia (JUPEM). The textual  information from PTG, JPPH and local authority is integrated with the cadastral lot provided by JUPEM to view and locate a land parcel.

Users can search for land registration, property transaction sales and property assessment information using lot number, title number or type of title and print them. Currently, land related information that is available through MyLIIS is from PTG Pulau Pinang, PTG Kuala Lumpur, PTG Pahang, PTD Kuantan and PTD Temerloh. Property transaction sales information provided by JPPH covers 38 branches in Malaysia and property assessment information provided by Kuala Lumpur City Hall( JPPH, DBKL) covers all the districts in Kuala Lumpur. The Unique Parcel Identifier ( UPI) is the main key that is used to integrate the land related information with cadastral lot .

Information published in MyLIIS can only be viewed and printed by users who have an ecommerce account with MaCGDI. This is because the data providing agency charge for every view or transaction. Government users can view and print the information using a postpaid account while the public and corporate users can buy the data using FPX (Financial Process Exchange) and credit card. However, our ecommerce module is yet to be implemented and awaiting the approval of the Treasury. Without the ecommerce module, users can view the cadastral lot and the demo information.

There are 2 versions of the MyLIIS available for access. One is the older version built using Cold Fusion and ESRI ArcIMS 9.0 . The New MyLIIS ( Beta Version) is developed using the ASP.NET and Arc GIS Server 9.3.
