Standard Code for Parcel Identification

Standard code for land parcel identification is a unique identifier of land parcel. You can find a parcel by using the standard code, known as the Unique Parcel Identifier (UPI). UPI enables the retrieval and exchange of spatial and non spatial cadastral data. Three categories of UPI are:

1. Final Title for surveyed land,
2. Qualified Title for unsurveyed land; and
3. Strata Title for properties in high-rise buildings.
