E-Payment

MacCGDI is a body that coordinates the use and sharing of geospatial data at national and state levels. An initiative was taken in 2006 to ease the purchase of geospatial data by on-line via MyGDI ecommerce. As to date MyGDI eCommerce is only applicable for G2G sharing purposes.

Currently, only certain data are made available to approved government officers. The users can browse and download the data on line via the download module.Since 2009 MyGDI eCommerce has undergone a redevelopment process making its applications more suited with the current technology. MyGDI eCommerce has also been rebranded as MyGDI Exchange.

So far only the states of Penang dan Malacca have provided their list of digital data. Please refers to appendix for price list of the available data.
