General Terms and Condition
All user are subjected to the following legislation enforced in Malaysia:
  • Perintah Am (General Order);
  • The Official Secret Act (OSA);
  • Malaysia Cyber Laws
  • Other relevant legislation or policies or procedures (such as disciplinary process) practiced in the Civil Service.
  1. You will be provided with instructions that will help you access and use the Malaysia Geoportal (MyGeoportal) service to which you subscribe. You must only use and must ensure that your people only use MyGeoportal in accordance with those instructions.
  2. You must at your own cost:
    • provide all equipment and all software necessary to access the Internet (as specified by MaCGDI from time to time and notified on this website) and pay for the maintenance of that equipment and software; and
    • have ongoing access to the services of an Internet service provider.
  3. MaCGDI reserves the right to:
    • withdraw the whole or any part of MyGeoportal generally, in circumstances where an alternative on-line service associated with the conduct of enquiries and dealings with title and/or survey information is substituted for MyGeoportal;
    • suspend MyGeoportal in whole or in part in the circumstances where MaCGDI determines that a significant breach of security has occurred or that a security system has failed that compromises or that could compromise the integrity or security of MaCGDI's databases, or the MyGeoportal service until MaCGDI determines that such security breach or failure has been rectified
    • MaCGDI may collect personal information about you or your people when you or your people, respectively, apply to join or use MyGeoportal and while you or your people, respectively, are users of that service.
  4. That information may be collected:
    • directly from you or from your credit references, if you are applying;
    • from your people, if your people are applying; or
    • from credit reference agencies,
  5. That information may be collected in order to:
    • help MaCGDI assess your application to use MyGeoportal;
    • help MaCGDI check your credit information;
    • facilitate, access and use of MyGeoportal (if you are approved as a customer); and
    • advise you and your people of changes to the service and these MyGeoportal general terms and conditions.
  6. Information collected may also be used by MaCGDI for reporting and statistical purposes.
  7. You are responsible for maintaining anti virus measures commonly in place from time to time. MaCGDI is not responsible for loss or damage caused by your failure to provide and maintain adequate anti virus measures.

  How To Register
The registration for end user is varying for each type of user.
  • Corporate
  • Individual / Public
  • Government Agencies
The mechanism of registration is dividing into 2 phase.
  1. Pre registration

    2. User will need to fill in the information needed and submit. After receive automail (approx. 5 minute) from system (enclose with TAC number), user can continue to full registration with key in the TAC first. This mechanism is to ensure the system is saving from spamming and dishonest registration.
  2. Full Registration

    3. Complete the rest of information as required. Note: previous information in step 1 is unchangeable in this step.
Ecommerce account activation
  • Postpaid

    • Government agencies are required to appoint one and only one buyer for each unit/section/center. The appointed user must be registered user to this portal. An official letter must be submitted to MaCGDI.
  • Prepaid

    • Registered user must fill up the prepaid registration form at appointed counter to activate the prepaid account. Account will be activated after receiving payment from user.
  • Credit card

    • Public / Individual user are automatically will be activated as credit card account holder.
