To process applications and release of geospatial data within 10 working days.
To ensure the development of GIS applications in collaboration with agencies is completed within 6 months after the Project Initiation Document (PID) is finalised.
To maintain geospatial service availability at not less than 97%.
To organise outreach activities to promote the MyGDI programme to the geospatial community at least once a year .
To respond to complaints or enquiries received through the MyGeoportal platform within 3 working days.
To conduct consultation meetings within 30 working days upon receipt of request.
