You are acknowledged and agreed that the Malaysian Government is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any contents, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources.You are further acknowledged and agreed that the Malaysian Government shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.

Termination

The Malaysian Government may terminate your access to any part or all of the service and to any related service(s) at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, with immediate effect. The Malaysian Government may also terminate or suspend your account for inactivity, which is defined as failing to sign-in to the service for an extended period of time. You agreed that the Malaysian Government shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any termination of your access to the Service.

Modifications to the Terms of Service

The Malaysian Government reserves the right at all times to change, modify, delete or add to these Terms and Conditions by giving you prior notice thereof. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Standard Terms, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail, but only to the extent of such inconsistency or conflict. The headings used in these Terms and Conditions are for reference and convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation or construction of any provision herein. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful or invalid under current or future applicable laws or regulations, such provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect as if the invalid provision had never been included.
