To process applications and release of geospatial data within 10 working days.
To ensure that GIS application development with collaborating agencies is completed within 6 months after the Project Initiation Document (PID) is finalized.
To maintain geospatial service availability at a minimum of 97%.
Organize outreach activities to promote the MyGDI program to the geospatial community at least once a year.
Provide responses to complaints or inquiries received via MyGeoportal within 3 working days.
Conduct consultancy meetings within 30 working days upon receipt of the application.
