The Multi-Lingual Glossary of Terms consists of geographic and geomatics terms adopted from the ISO/TC 211 Multi-Lingual Glossary of Terms document, translated from English into Bahasa Malaysia.

The Multi-Lingual Glossary of Terms Working Group was established with members from various agencies including Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Malaysian Space Agency (MYSA), Department of Survey and Mapping Malaysia (JUPEM), Department of Agriculture (DOA), Department of Minerals and Geoscience Malaysia (JMG), Malaysian Administrative Modernisation and Management Planning Unit (MAMPU), among others.

The translated glossary will be published digitally in the Terms and Definitions for Geographic Information Systems/Geomatics document for reference.
