  • FGD data is accessible to registered users under the MyGDI program through the MyGDI Data Services application. Currently, FGD data sharing is only available to government agencies.

Applications for geospatial data at PGN can be made through an official letter signed by the Head of Department or University Dean. Please refer to the link for more information.

Procedure to apply for industrial training at National Geospatial Center ( PGN ) :

 

  • Make and application to undergo to industrial training through the Faculty
  • Include a copy  of the resume ; and

PGN citizens can refer to the Superadmin / Liaison Officer for technical issues to create a User ID.

Yes, the preparation and publication of this metadata is one method of promoting the availability of geospatial information in agencies. Complete metadata can help users to identify the agency's products/services in detail and accurately.

  • There are no specific geospatial policies and laws. MyGDI program is based on 10 circulars, circulars letter and guidelines for operating purposes.

If the application involves an external consultant or consultant, the applicant needs to fill in Form Appendix III - Undertaking by Appointed Consultant/ Contractor together with the submission of a copy of the identity card of the applicant and external consultant or consultant.

  • The 12 categories of geospatial data under the MyGDI program are Aeronautical, Built Environment, Demarcation, General, Geology, Hydrography, Hypsography, Soil, Special Use, Transportation, Utility and Vegetation.
  • The GIS ICT infrastructure services provided are MyGDI cloud which includes Platform as A Service (PaaS) such as integrated database and Software as A Service (SaaS) such as MyGOS applications.
